Pași pentru ștergere

Pasul 1 — Șterge datele locale (din telefon):

  1. Deschide aplicația Festino.
  2. Apasă pe iconița din colțul de sus (meniu setări).
  3. Selectează „Resetează aplicația".
  4. Confirmă — toate datele locale (invitați, mese, buget, etc.) se șterg imediat.

Alternativ: dezinstalează aplicația din Play Store. La dezinstalare, baza de date locală e ștearsă complet (setarea allowBackup=false garantează că nimic nu rămâne în cloud Google).

Pasul 2 — Șterge datele de cumpărare (din RevenueCat):

  1. Trimite un e-mail la festinoapp2026@gmail.com.
  2. În subiect scrie: „Ștergere date Festino".
  3. În corpul mesajului, include: adresa de e-mail asociată contului tău Google Play (cea cu care ai făcut cumpărarea Premium).
  4. Răspundem și ștergem datele tale din RevenueCat în maxim 14 zile. Vei primi confirmare scrisă.

How to delete your data

This page explains how to fully delete the data associated with the Festino app (com.festino.app).

What data Festino stores

Deletion steps

Step 1 — Delete local data (on the phone):

  1. Open the Festino app.
  2. Tap the icon in the top corner (settings menu).
  3. Select "Reset App".
  4. Confirm — all local data (guests, tables, budget, etc.) is wiped immediately.

Alternatively: uninstall the app from Play Store. On uninstall, the local database is fully deleted (the allowBackup=false setting ensures nothing remains in Google cloud).

Step 2 — Delete purchase data (from RevenueCat):

  1. Send an e-mail to festinoapp2026@gmail.com.
  2. Subject: "Festino data deletion".
  3. In the body, include the e-mail address tied to your Google Play account (the one used for the Premium purchase).
  4. We will respond and delete your data from RevenueCat within a maximum of 14 days. You will receive written confirmation.
